What to include

• Which plugin it is about — PDF to Figma or Figma to PowerPoint.
• For licence or payment questions: the email you used at checkout, and your order number or licence key.
• For a problem with an import or export: what you did, what you expected, and a screenshot. If a particular file misbehaves and you can share it, attach it — that is the fastest way for us to fix it.

Refunds

Any licence can be refunded within 14 days, no questions asked. Details are on the refund page.
