Privacy Policy

Short version
Your documents never leave your machine. We keep the minimum needed to run a licence check: an identifier Figma gives us for your account, counters of how much you imported, and — if you bought a licence — the email address you used at checkout. This website has no analytics, no advertising and no tracking cookies.
Who is responsible
The data controller is Individual Entrepreneur Mariia Krasheninnikova, an individual entrepreneur registered in Ukraine, address Lesi Ukrainky blvd. 28, ap. 236, Kyiv, 01133, Ukraine. Contact: support@designplugs.com.
What we never receive
The content of the files you process. Our plugins read and convert a PDF entirely inside the plugin window, on your own computer. The document, its text and its images are not uploaded to our server and we have no way to see them.
What we do process
- Your Figma user id and display name, as provided to the plugin by Figma, so we can tell which account a licence belongs to and apply the free limits.
- Usage counters — number of pages and imports, dates, plugin version, and technical notes about what the parser could not convert (for example the name of a font that was missing). These are about the conversion, not about the content of your document.
- Licence data — your licence key, the email address used at checkout, the plan and period you bought, the Figma accounts the key has been activated on, and the payment reference from our reseller.
- Support correspondence — the emails you send us and our replies.
- Server logs at our hosting provider, which include IP addresses and are kept briefly for security and debugging.
Why we process it (legal bases)
- Performance of a contract — to give you the licence you bought, to check it and to provide support.
- Legitimate interests — to keep the service working and secure, to prevent abuse of free limits and licence keys, and to see in aggregate which conversions fail so we can fix them.
- Legal obligation — to keep records of sales as required by tax law. Payment and invoice records are held by our reseller Paddle; we see order references and amounts, not your card details.
Who else is involved
- Paddle.com Market Limited — our reseller and Merchant of Record. Paddle takes the payment, issues the invoice and handles payment-related enquiries, under its own privacy policy. We never see or store your card number.
- Cloudflare, Inc. — hosts this website and the server our plugins talk to, including the storage where licences and counters live.
- Figma, Inc. — the platform the plugins run in. Figma's own privacy policy covers your use of Figma itself.
- An email provider, to send you your licence key and to answer support messages.
We do not sell your data and we do not share it for advertising. Some of these providers operate outside Ukraine and the EEA; transfers rely on the providers' standard contractual clauses.
How long we keep it
- Licence records: while the licence is valid and afterwards for as long as tax law requires us to keep sales records.
- Usage counters: up to 24 months, then deleted or reduced to anonymous totals.
- Support emails: up to 24 months after the conversation ends.
- Server logs: days, not months.
Cookies
This website sets no cookies of its own and runs no analytics or advertising scripts. When you open the checkout, Paddle sets the cookies its payment flow needs; that is described in Paddle's policy.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of the data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, object to processing based on legitimate interests, or ask for it in a portable form. Write to support@designplugs.com and we will answer within 30 days. If you are in the EEA or the UK you may also complain to your local data protection authority.
Deleting licence data ends the licence, because the licence is the record — we will say so before doing it.
Children
Our plugins are professional design tools and are not directed at children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
Changes
If this policy changes we update the date at the top, and for material changes we tell licence holders by email.
