Text you can edit
Every text run comes in as a Figma text layer with its font, size, spacing and colour. Fonts are matched to what you have; anything missing is reported so you can decide what to swap.
Vectors, not pictures of vectors
Shapes, strokes and fills from the PDF are rebuilt as vector layers, so logos and diagrams stay sharp and recolourable.
Images at full resolution
Embedded images are extracted at the resolution they were stored in, placed and cropped where they belong.
Tidy structure
One frame per page, layers grouped and named from the content instead of "Vector 231", plus clickable links carried over from the PDF.
Your file stays on your machine
The PDF is parsed inside the plugin window, in your browser. The file itself is never uploaded to us — only anonymous counters, so your licence limits can be checked.

FAQ
How do I install it?
The plugin is published in the Figma Community, free to install. Open it in Figma, drop in a PDF and it runs within the free limits straight away. A licence key removes the limits — paste it into the plugin window once.
Is my PDF uploaded anywhere?
No. The PDF is read and parsed inside the plugin window on your own machine. Our server only sees your Figma user id and a count of pages imported, which is what the licence check needs. See the privacy policy.
What happens to text whose font I do not have?
The plugin matches each font to the closest one available to you and lists everything it had to substitute, so you can install the real font or set a replacement rule and import again.
Does it work on the free Figma plan?
Yes. The plugin works in any Figma design file you can edit, on a free or paid Figma plan, in the desktop app and in the browser.
Can I use one licence on two computers?
A licence is tied to your Figma account, not to a computer. Sign in to Figma anywhere and the plugin is unlocked. A Team licence covers five Figma accounts and you can move a seat to a different person if someone leaves.
What happens when the licence period ends?
Nothing is charged automatically. The plugin returns to the free limits and everything you have already imported stays in your Figma files. You can buy another licence whenever you need one.
Can I get a refund?
Yes — within 14 days of purchase, for any reason. Email support@designplugs.com with your order number. Full terms are in the refund policy.
Who takes my payment?
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders and provides all customer service enquiries and handles returns. Your card statement will show Paddle, and your receipt and invoice come from Paddle too.
